Health and Well-Being Benefits
Modern offers you and your eligible dependents a comprehensive medical, vision and dental plan designed to help you and your family achieve and maintain good health and well-being.
Supplemental Benefits
Modern offers comprehensive retirement savings plans which include the Defined Benefit Pension Plan along with the 457b Deferred Compensation plan.
457 Deferred Compensation Plan is a voluntary plan that allows employees to defer a portion of their eligible bi-monthly earnings via payroll deductions on a pre-tax or after-tax basis (Roth contributions option) to an investment account.
