  • Distributes assistance funds during the heating season
  • Grants are based on income and family size

  • Project Share was established to provide emergency energy assistance to those not eligible for heating assistance or who have exhausted all other available energy assistance sources

  • The funding helps keep homes warm when there are unforeseen circumstances that deplete available funds and make it difficult to pay household energy costs including:
    • A sudden loss of income
    • Expensive medical costs
    • Malfunctioning heating equipment
    • Other unforeseen circumstances
