According to the National Center for Health Statistics, since 2003 the percentage of people that live in wireless-only households has increased. This means many of Modern’s contact landline phone numbers are no longer in service. Additionally, it has been estimated that 31% of people change their email addresses after one year.
To better serve you, we are asking for updated contact information. You may choose to update your information through a variety of ways:

- Online on our Billing Portal > Account management > Contact Info
- On the back of your statement’s remittance stub
- By calling our office at (509) 928-4540, extension 1
